In this book the main characters are Milo (the most important character), Tock the watchdog (Milos best friend in the book) and the (Grumpy and very negative) Humbug. In the movie Milo meets Officer Short Shrift before Expectations and meets him in  Dictionopolis but I noticed that the book is  different because Milo only meets him in Dictionopolis. The book has more details and the movie leaves out most of the details that were in the book. In the book Milo gets told the Lethargarians’ schedule but in the movie they do not tell him anything about their schedule. I am impressed by how much detail is put into the book and movie to make questions like that pop into your brain.
